Orvone Teaching & Orvone Platform

1. INTRODUCTION
By accessing or using the Orvone Teaching application, website, or any services provided by Orvone, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to Orvone Teaching (education services) and Orvone platform services (local, international, charity, and related services).
2. ABOUT ORVONE & ORVONE TEACHING
Orvone is a human-first concierge and services platform. Orvone Teaching is a dedicated education module providing Academic education, Exam preparation, and Quran & Islamic education through live online classes.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18 years or older, or a parent/legal guardian must enroll and manage the account for minors. By using the platform, you confirm your legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY
Users must provide accurate information. You are responsible for account confidentiality. Orvone is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence. Fraudulent accounts may be terminated without notice.
5. SERVICES PROVIDED
We provide live classes, exam prep, and Islamic education with progress tracking. Instructors are assigned based on availability; Orvone reserves the right to change instructors for service continuity.
6. PAYMENTS & FEES
All services must be paid in advance. Classes will not begin until payment is successfully confirmed. We accept payments through secure online payment methods, including: Debit cards, Credit cards, and other supported digital payment options available on the platform. All transactions are processed through authorized payment gateway providers. Prices displayed on the platform are exclusive of any applicable: Taxes, Bank charges, and Payment processing fees.
7. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Completed and missed classes (student absence) are non-refundable. Refunds are only considered if Orvone cancels the service or a material failure occurs. Reports must be made within 48 hours.
8. CODE OF CONDUCT
Users must communicate respectfully. Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior is prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
9. DATA PRIVACY & PROTECTION
We collect personal, educational, and communication data to deliver and improve services. Data is shared only with necessary instructors/agents and never sold to third parties.
10. DATA SECURITY & CYBER RISK
We use encrypted storage and restricted access. However, no system is 100% secure. Orvone is not liable for damages from cyber-attacks unless caused by proven negligence.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, materials, and platform design belong to Orvone. Unauthorized copying or distribution is strictly prohibited.
12. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
We do not guarantee specific academic results. Outcomes depend on student effort. We do not provide services requiring physical presence remotely.
13. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Orvone reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or to protect platform integrity. Outstanding payments must be settled first.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. Orvone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
15. GOVERNING LAW
Terms are governed by the Laws of Pakistan and consumer principles recognized in the US. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably with jurisdiction in Pakistan.
16. CHANGES TO TERMS
Orvone may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
